Greater Lynchburg Community Foundation
There are presently no open calls for applications.
Grants are made to tax-exempt organizations and institutions that have received a 501(c)(3) classification from the Internal Revenue Service.
Consideration will be given to proposals that contribute to the betterment of our communities. Proposals with the potential to achieve significant results with a moderate amount of grant money are most favored by the Distribution Committee and the Board of Directors. Needs served are broad in scope and include human services, education, health, the arts and the humanities.
Organizations may submit a grant application during one, but not both, of our semi-annual grant cycles per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). In addition, organizations may submit a grant application for the Century Fund in February.
